Çağdaş was born in İstanbul in 1967. After graduating from Kabataş Boys’ High School, he studied inİstanbul Technical University and graduated as an Industrial and Operating Engineer. Dr. Berk Çağdaşcompleted his post graduate and doctoral studies in İstanbul Technical University – Institute ofScience and Technology, Chicago University – Booth School of Business (USA) and Harvard BusinessSchool (USA), respectively. Çağdaş is an expert in the fields of Corporate Finance, TreasuryManagement, Strategic Risk Management, and Automotive Sector as well as related fields. He hasacted as the Department Chief and Deputy Director General in Körfezbank and Director General andCFO in Doğuş Automotive. In 2016, Dr. Berk Çağdaş started to work in Renault MAIS inc. operatingunder Oyak Group as Director General and CEO. He still works within Renault MAIS Inc.
